The site survey: a full inspection of your website, from the outside. You keep the findings.
Before anyone rebuilds anything, a surveyor walks the site. This is that walk, for your website: up to 75 pages read the way search engines read them, every route tested, every form identified, every finding tied to evidence you can hand to anyone. No passwords, no access to your accounts, nothing installed. Delivered as a written document with a fixed price, in plain English.
Zero access by design · everything in the document is observed from the public internet
The view that matters is the one Google and Bing already have. They hold no password to your site either.
A survey needs no keys because the visitors that decide your traffic have none. And if your current developer holds every login, that stops nothing: the survey runs anyway. Many owners who need one most are locked out of their own accounts. That is not a barrier here. It is often the first finding.
Find. Prove. Fix. Keep.
The survey is the first station of a system, priced so that starting is cheap and continuing is your choice at every step.
The survey
Up to 75 pages crawled from the outside, both search gates checked, every route probed, forms identified, structure read.
The document
Every finding written in plain English with its evidence attached. Yours to keep, show your team, or hand to any developer, including your current one.
The rescue
If you want it repaired, the person who wrote the findings does the repair. The survey fee is credited against the rescue in full.
The care
Fixed is a state, not an event. Ongoing management keeps the site working and watched, so the next silent break is caught by a system instead of by luck.
What the survey inspects
Coverage is stated, not assumed · if the crawl stops at its page limit, the document says exactly what went unchecked
Findings read like this
Plain English first, evidence attached, severity called honestly. Instruments can watch all day, but it still takes judgment to read them. An excerpt, illustrative:
Buy it once. Take it anywhere.
The findings are yours
Take the document to your current developer, to another agency, or to nobody. It is written to be verifiable by any professional: every finding cites public evidence they can check themselves. And to be plain about what you are buying: what travels is the document, not the machinery behind it. There is no tool to license here, no dashboard to log into, nothing to learn. You are buying what was found. And one re-check comes with it: when your developer says the fixes are in, send word within ninety days and I run the same checks again, no charge, and report what cleared. You paid to know what was wrong. Knowing it got fixed is part of the same purchase. If you want the repairs done here, the survey fee comes off the rescue in full. If not, you still know exactly what is wrong, which is more than most owners have ever been given.
- Your analytics, Search Console, advertising, or any password-protected system. Nothing here requires access, so nothing here can measure your traffic or your revenue.
- Quantified losses. The survey proves what is broken and explains what it costs mechanically. Putting a number on the damage requires your analytics, which is rescue-stage work.
- Search rankings or predictions of them. Standing at the gates is checkable from outside. Position is not promised by anyone honest.
