Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Time Frame: The item must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. For live plants, they must be returned in healthy condition.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a refund.
